Xbox 360 racing wheel trade in value?
I want to trade it in at bestbuy. I couldnt figure out the value at the site because it wasn’t in a catagory(all they had were consoles,videogames) I bought it for $100 dollars (at least thats what it is now) Also got everything for it.
I wouldn’t recommend trading it at Best Buy, or even Gamestop for that matter. You simply would get ripped off by their scandalously low trade-in values.
For example, they accept a decent Xbox 360 package for $100 only – a depreciation of about 200%. So if you were to trade in your Xbox 360 Racing Wheel, which I also own, you’re probably gonna get back less than $40 from them. Ouch. Of course, I’m speculating the price, but I think it’s a close estimate if they accept the wheel.
Instead, I would recommend sites like Amazon, or Craigslist, where you deal directly with the buyer and get more money. If you post on Craigslist, Amazon, or maybe even eBay, you can offer around $60 – $70 and may get a buyer or offer. This obviously takes more time, but will probably net you at least $10 more in the end.
Whatever route you go, think wisely of your time.
